Certain basketball clubs regularly develop players who eventually become stars at the professional or international level. What are these clubs doing differently? Is the secret better youth coaches, scouting, facilities, competition, training methods, or simply having a strong basketball culture?

I think strong youth coaching is probably one of the biggest factors. Good scouting and regular competition help too, but young players need coaches who can develop skills while giving them meaningful opportunities. Facilities and basketball culture also matter, especially when talented kids are encouraged to take the sport seriously.
