Not every talented player becomes famous at a young age. Some spend years developing before suddenly becoming important figures for their clubs or national teams. What causes certain players to reach the highest level later than expected, and does late development sometimes benefit a player's career?

I think players develop at different speeds, and some simply need more time to build confidence, strength, or tactical understanding. A late breakthrough can sometimes help too, since the player may be more mature and better prepared for pressure. Not being a young star doesn’t mean someone can’t reach the highest level.

Most players made incident that prevent them to become international stars while playing. Rare players doesn't make dangerous incident especially in soccer that doesn't prevent them to become international stars.
