WWE constantly needs new performers who can eventually become major names. What is the best way to build the next generation? Should young wrestlers spend years developing in NXT, or should WWE move them quickly into major storylines when they show enough potential?

I think young wrestlers benefit from spending some time in NXT before being thrown into major storylines. They can develop their character, promos, and ring skills while gaining confidence. Some performers may be ready sooner, though, so WWE should still move someone up quickly when they clearly connect with the audience.

WWE should give younger wrestlers more time to develop their characters, promos, and in-ring style before pushing them too quickly. Regular television exposure also matters. Fans need a reason to care about someone beyond their wrestling ability, so good storylines can make a huge difference.
