NXT has become an important pathway for wrestlers developing their characters and in-ring abilities before reaching the main roster. How important is NXT to WWE's future? Does the developmental system prepare wrestlers effectively, or should more established performers receive opportunities directly on Raw and SmackDown?

I think NXT is very important for WWE since it gives wrestlers time to develop without the same pressure they might face on Raw or SmackDown. It helps with character work, promos, and ring skills. Established wrestlers can still move directly to the main roster, but NXT gives newer talent a valuable learning period.

NXT is very important to WWE’s future because it gives younger wrestlers a place to develop before moving to the main roster. It’s not just about learning wrestling, but also improving promos, character work, and performing in front of larger crowds. I also enjoy seeing wrestlers grow over time and eventually become familiar faces on Raw or SmackDown. A strong NXT can keep WWE’s talent pool fresh and create the next generation of stars.
