Which AEW Wrestler Would Benefit From a New Character?

Some AEW wrestlers have remained with essentially the same character for a long time, while others regularly reinvent themselves. Which wrestler could benefit from a fresh direction? What kind of character would suit them without completely changing what fans already like about them?
