How Should Wrestling Promotions Build New Stars?
Every wrestling promotion eventually needs new stars to replace aging main-event performers. What is the best way to develop them? Should young wrestlers spend years slowly building credibility, or should promotions give talented performers major opportunities quickly and let audiences decide whether they succeed?
