What helped baseball become so deeply established there, and how have local academies, communities, professional leagues, and international opportunities shaped the development of young players?

I think baseball became so deeply established through a combination of history, local culture, and opportunity. Kids often grow up playing in their communities, while academies provide more serious training. Professional leagues give them a pathway to compete, and international opportunities, especially in the US, give talented players a chance to build careers.
